We maintain server backups, but GenZFlow Enterprises is not responsible for any data loss. Users are fully responsible for maintaining their own backups.
The following are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

- Phishing pages or fraudulent activities
- Exploitation scripts, hacking tools, trojans, viruses, or botnets
- Illegal content including child exploitation material, harassment, or racism
- Resource abuse, excessive cron jobs, or proxy scripts
- Fake mailers, mail bombers, or any spam-related tools
All plan purchases and deposits are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no reversal, chargeback, or refund will be issued under any circumstances. Filing a dispute or chargeback will result in permanent account termination.
GenZFlow Enterprises retains full ownership of the platform and all its components. Services are provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Users are fully responsible for all activity under their account and must maintain security. Unauthorized or illegal usage will result in immediate termination.
